Dean doesn't argue, passing his hand over the too long scruff on his cheeks. He eats, he sleeps, and bathes, he makes sure that everyone else under his roof does the same, but where the necessities end, so too does Dean's attention these days.
"Maybe," he concedes, breathing through the too quick thump of his heart. He's nervous and guilty and desperate, probably the worst combination of things he could be crossing this particular man's threshold, but Dean knows if the right offer comes, he's gonna take it.
Dean sighs and meets Kisuke's eyes. "Is it after hours?"
